As Tech Lead (embedded via Sentrium S.L.), I guided the frontend engineering direction, rebuilt major user workflows, and delivered production-grade reliability, security, and performance improvements across the product. The work directly contributed to stronger customer engagement, improved activation/retention metrics, and notable year-over-year revenue growth.

Delivered a modern, enterprise-grade VoIP experience with reliable call quality, smart call routing, extension management, call forwarding, voicemail handling, and device provisioning. Improved usability and reduced friction for end-users and administrators managing high-volume call workflows.

Video Meetings

Engineered a smooth, high-performance HD video conferencing experience optimized for remote and hybrid teams. Enhanced load times, media stability, and UI interactions, resulting in a more consistent meeting experience across browsers and devices.

Messaging & Fax

Built unified messaging tools—including team chat, SMS/MMS workflows, and digital faxing—to centralize communication into a single platform. These features became heavily used by B2B customers and contributed to a measurable increase in platform adoption.

User & Role Management

Designed and implemented secure user onboarding, department grouping, and permission-based access controls. Introduced a scalable role/permission framework that reduced unauthorized access incidents and simplified admin operations.

Usage Reporting & Analytics
